Meitetsu Grand Hotel, Nagoya

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the triple room we booked at Meitetsu Grand Hotel. With three adults and large suitcases, we had plenty of space to move around comfortably. The firm mattresses provided a great night's sleep, which is often hard to find in Japan. Overall, I felt the room exceeded my expectations for value and comfort.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel was amazing, featuring a great mix of local dishes and Western favorites. I appreciated the variety offered, making it easy to start the day on a high note. However, I wish the coffee had been better as it was quite disappointing compared to everything else.

Although my room did not have a direct view, I enjoyed the access to entertainment channels available on the room TV. It was nice to unwind after a long day exploring, and I was able to catch up on my favorite shows. The overall media setup in the hotel made my stay enjoyable.

The bathroom in my room was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated that it was stocked with all the necessary amenities and had a separate shower area. It was not luxurious, but it served its purpose well and added to the overall comfort of my stay.
